Job Description
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Partnership Manager to join our team in Brussels. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
In this role, you'll work closely with our product teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies. You'll also collaborate with our marketing team to leverage our brand and messaging to drive lead generation and conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in sales and partnership development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You'll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications include:
- Business knowledge and curiosity
- Fluent in English (Dutch or Polish or Czech or any Eastern European language an asset)
- Interest and/or experience in Sales
- Interest in IT and software
- Analytical skills
- Work permit for Belgium
