We are seeking a talented Senior Manager to lead our industrial growth efforts in Europe. As an International Development/Offset Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by developing strategic partnerships and implementing effective industrial development strategies.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of European industrial development programs and policies, as well as excellent customer relationship skills. They will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and activate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the local Industrial Development in-country team leader, managing customer relationships in coordination with Business Area leadership.
  • Collaborate with Industrial Development, Business Development, and program teams to develop strategic industrial programs that align with corporate objectives.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives to drive international growth, identifying and activating new business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Business Areas and industrial partners, authorities, businesses, and councils.
  • Present and advocate Lockheed Martin's industrial initiatives to senior government and industry leaders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Industrial Development/Offset or Business Development.
  • Strong background in international business, with proven experience in European markets.
  • Excellent German speaking skills.
  • Exceptional customer relations skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-level relationships.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities to align diverse stakeholders toward common objectives.
