Nexeo Belgium invites experienced IT professionals to apply for the position of Enterprise Architect. As part of our team, you'll work closely with senior architects to define and implement an effective IT strategy for a major financial institution in Brussels.
About Nexeo:
We specialize in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors, offering business consulting and IT solution implementation services to our clients. Our team of 75+ IT architects collaborates on various projects, including digital transformations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop the IT Strategy & Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Interview stakeholders to capture key strategy topics, including constraints, enablers, roadmaps, and action plans.
- Document proposals, architecture studies, and roadmaps.
- Support gap analysis, impact analysis, and transversal portfolio management.
- Assist in preparing budget requests for architecture-driven projects.
- Lead ad hoc architecture studies to address specific challenges.
Your Profile:
- Education: Background in IT with extensive enterprise architecture experience.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in IT strategy development and enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with both legacy and modern digital technologies.
- Exposure to financial services (preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- IT architecture in simplification and rationalization contexts.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficient in delivering compelling proposals to gain organizational buy-in.
- Agile mindset and hands-on approach to strategy development.
Languages:
- Fluent in French or Dutch.
- Good command of English (mandatory).
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid model: 50% on-site in Brussels (near Central Station) and 50% homeworking.
