**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance Specialist to join our team at Luminus. As an Identity Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our security framework by analyzing, improving, and documenting IAM processes to ensure secure and efficient access management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, IAM, or a related field, with experience working with tools such as OneIdentity, SailPoint, or Okta. You will be responsible for configuring, managing, and enhancing IAM solutions to align with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Your expertise will be essential in partnering with IT, security, and business teams to define access control policies, RBAC models, and identity lifecycle processes. Additionally, you will provide expert assistance in resolving IAM-related incidents and develop guidelines and training sessions to support teams in understanding IAM policies and technologies.
