Your experience in applying these competencies within an IT consulting context is highly valued. You are open to learning about and contributing to our expertise-driven (data) engineering environment. As a project manager and team lead:
- Manage the scope, time, risk, and budget of projects;
- Work towards agile project delivery;
- Act as a trusted advisor and cultivate enduring customer relationships;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and the Tropos team;
- Translate business questions into manageable tasks for your team;
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews;
- Inspire and motivate your team;
- Ensure opportunities for growth and development;
- Share best practices and knowledge within Tropos.
We seek someone with affinity for project management (Agile/Scrum is a plus), people management, and data analytics or IT technology services. You must be accountable, organized, problem-solving, quality-focused, empathetic, and naturally collaborative. Fluent English language skills are essential; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
