We are seeking a Business Process Optimization Consultant to join our team at Prosource.
As a Business Process Optimization Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize business processes.
The role involves analyzing functional and business challenges, determining the best solutions, and translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
You will also be responsible for documenting business processes and system functionalities using UML artifacts, defining domain interface specifications using domain-driven design principles, and assisting teams in breaking down user stories into tasks and action plans.
In addition, you will prepare and follow up on system, integration, and user acceptance testing, review functional specifications and interface design deliverables, and serve as the main point of contact for functional queries during development.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in UML Business Process Modelling (BPMN), and experience with UI design and providing end-user support.
A background in the energy sector or asset management is an advantage.
