The successful candidate will lead a team to manage and optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, supplier relations, logistics, and distribution. They will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to drive operational excellence.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
- Oversee procurement of microelectronic components, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage inventory, demand planning, and material forecasting to prevent shortages and excess stock.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align supply chain operations with business goals.
