About Our ClientOur client guides organizations through the complexities of IT asset management (ITAM), sourcing, procurement, and vendor management (SPVM). Their approach brings clarity and transparency across organizational ecosystems, fostering strong decision-making to enhance daily business practices.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the IT vendor lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, and termination.
- Collect and analyze data regarding clients' IT environments.
- Ensure supplier partnerships deliver value and maintain quality.
- Negotiate and draft contract change notes and related documentation with suppliers, in collaboration with procurement and legal stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor budgets and coordinate with stakeholders for sound financial management.
- Contribute to overall Vendor Management strategy and planning.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in IT assets, vendor management, and commercial contracts across software, hardware, and cloud platforms. You will build strong industry connections and receive coaching in stakeholder and IT asset management.
Requirements- Proven experience in Technology Vendor Management or Technology Procurement.
- Vendor Management: Skilled in managing technology suppliers in the Belgian market and internationally.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in drafting and reviewing complex documents + French.
- Skills: Strong analytical/data capabilities, budget management, and experience with commercial constructs.
- Expert in negotiation, contract drafting, and review (English).
