Immo J. Eckelmans is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Leuven. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, phone etiquette, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
* Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner
* Manage the front desk area, including greeting visitors and responding to inquiries
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
* Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but Dutch and English are required
