About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing, developing compensation and benefits policies, and collaborating with other teams to ensure data accuracy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies that align with the company strategy.
  • Oversee payroll processing for employees in multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and address employee inquiries.
  • Implement and optimize payroll systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support audits and reporting related to compensation structures and payroll compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in an international environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations in Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Strong analytical, financial acumen, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Excel proficiency is essential.
  • Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus.
