$150k - $210k w/bonus
Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Leader to lead our IT solutions and drive our digital transformation initiatives. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our company by leveraging digital technologies to enhance operations, improve customer experiences, and promote innovation.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute digital strategies aligned with our overall business goals. They will provide strategic and hands-on leadership for the development and deployment of innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital strategies that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead IT solutions programs, overseeing the development, deployment, and management of IT solutions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying and adopting new technologies and frameworks that enhance our digital capabilities.
- Oversee solutions architecture, ensuring that all digital platforms meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Establish best practices in software development, quality assurance, and DevOps, accelerating product development and delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and align digital initiatives with overall business goals and financial targets.
- Execute the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring all digital transformation initiatives align with market demands and business objectives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and emerging technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure), microservices, and modern development tools is preferred.
- Project management skills, including a strong track record of managing large, complex projects across multiple geographies and business units.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
