We are seeking an exceptional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our team at Arcus Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our information security strategy, ensuring that our systems, data, and digital assets are protected from internal and external threats.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with our business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks to our digital and physical assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination on security initiatives.
- Develop and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans.
- Build and lead a skilled information security team. Foster a security-first culture across the organization through training, awareness programs, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- At least 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 5 years as a CISO or in a senior leadership role. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management methodologies, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with cloud security, endpoint security, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML in cybersecurity.
