Sander is an Information and Technology company working on an International scale. We are looking for an IT Security Manager that could join our team and be responsible for the information security strategy. This role involves reporting to the Technical Manager while maintaining a direct reporting line to the General Manager, ensuring independent security governance in line with best security practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and security expertise, including 7+ years in cybersecurity, strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, IAM, SOC/SIEM, and risk management. Leadership and communication skills are also essential for this role, as you will need to engage stakeholders and lead security teams.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and risk management abilities, with a proactive approach to security challenges. A degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity is preferred, and CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 certifications are a plus.
