Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Master's degree in Information Technology combined with 17 years of relevant professional experience;
- Minimum 5 years of expertise in managing application servers (Oracle WebLogic or similar);
- Minimum 5 years of expertise in ORACLE and ORACLE VAULT, Cobit, ARIS;
- Minimum 5 years of expertise in designing data analytics solutions;
- Minimum 5 years of expertise in data visualization and BI solutions;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and supporting applications containing sensitive information;
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman);
- Strong experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks;
- Strong experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, SMT) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban);
- Experience in microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices;
- Experience in d3.js and Rserve;
- Experience in GRC Risk Tool and Framework;
- Experience with quality assurance frameworks and IT service management (ITSM, ITIL);
- Experience in enterprise modelling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA);
- Proficiency in cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid IT models, on-prem/cloud solutions;
- Proficiency in business process modelling standards (BPMN, UML, ArchiMate);
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and RESTful web services;
- Familiarity with EU regulations: GDPR, eIDAS, and taxation compliance requirements;
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
- Understanding of federated architectures and secure data exchange;
- PMP or Prince2, Agile Certifications as PMI-ACP or Scrum Master, PM2-agile;
- Excellent command of the English language.
