The Position
">- We seek an accomplished and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the Operations Department and contribute to the implementation of our multi-annual strategy.
- This role requires a visionary leader who can ensure operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency in achieving our purpose.
Responsibilities
">- Lead the Operations Department and collaborate with the CEO and other directors to implement the organization's strategy.
- Oversight of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Implementation of compliance frameworks, transparent and accountable operations.
Requirements
">- Relevant academic degree, Masters level or higher in a relevant business or science discipline or equivalent professional experience/qualifications.
- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing or innovation sectors.
Desirable Skills
">- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
