We are seeking a Chief Technical Officer to lead our technological strategy and development.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within software development and architecture, ideally in the financial sector.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, regulations, and industry trends (a plus).
• Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks (Agile, DevOps, cloud platforms).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on inclusivity and collaboration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and empowering a high-performing software development team, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence.
• Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable products.
• Championing continuous learning and growth within the team.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, security threats, and regulations impacting financial software development.
• Partnering with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive cloud strategy to optimize our IT infrastructure.
• Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of a secure and reliable IT infrastructure.
• Working collaboratively with the Security Department to ensure secure coding practices.
• Implementing robust cyber security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
• Demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
