Als medewerker rekrutering en selectie bij Synergie Belgium werk je aan het vinden van de juiste mensen voor onze klanten. In deze rol sta je garant voor een efficiënt en effectief rekruteringsproces.

Takenpakket

Je rekruteert en selecteert professioneel kader voor onze klanten. Je zoekt proactief naar potentiële kandidaten via diverse kanalen en neemt contact op met deze personen om hun interesse en geschiktheid vast te stellen. Na afloop van het interview bespreekt je de geselecteerde kandidaat met de klant om samen de beste keuze te maken.

Benodigde vaardigheden

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Uitstekend kan communiceren.
  • Geschikt is in multitasking.
  • Flexibel opstelt.
