Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Transformation Expert to join our team at PROGRESSIO BV. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and providing guidance and support to internal customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve category savings and improve supplier relationships
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with public procurement legislation and internal policies
- Provide guidance and support to internal customers on procurement-related matters, including stakeholder management and contract administration
- Manage procurement projects from inception to completion, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and maintain relationships with suppliers
Essential Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in tactical and strategic public procurement or a related field
- Jr/Medior/Senior knowledge of procurement and negotiation techniques, including supplier sourcing, selection, and management
- Expertise in services procurement, with awareness of industry trends and best practices in marketing, HR, operational, insurance, soft technical, and banking services
- TCO mindset, opportunity identification, quantitative analysis, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and reporting techniques (Oracle, Business Objects)
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French
