The Role of General Manager
Mrs. Meulders is looking to appoint a General Manager to focus on strategic direction and the development of new industrial projects, with the goal of creating an industrial group in the sectional door sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Steering the overall management and growth of Quality Set while adhering to the company's principles of excellence;
- Overseeing the development of the commercial, technical, and back-office teams, which are high-performing, motivated, and dynamic;
- Optimizing and advancing a 4.0 industrial tool;
- Ensuring technical innovation and meeting clients' evolving needs.
You will report directly to Mrs. Meulders, Chairman of the Board, with governance evolving in line with the group's expansion.
