\We are seeking a talented Senior Quality Development Manager to lead our design quality efforts in Belgium. The ideal candidate will possess:

- A degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field).\
- 5+ years of experience in design quality, product development, or a similar role.\
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other relevant quality standards.\
- Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and problem-solving methodologies.\
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch/French is a plus).\
