Global Project Management Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Project Management Administrator to join our international implementation team based in Diegem, Belgium.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Program Manager and program management team, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of various tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects;
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, capturing, and distributing meeting minutes;
- Distributing and tracking tasks to various stakeholders and ensuring their completion;
In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone with strong analytical skills to identify and address customer needs effectively, as well as being proactive, responsible, and unafraid of challenges. The ideal candidate should also be open to continuous personal and professional development, embracing innovation.
Required qualifications include proven experience in project support or coordination roles, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in project management tools and software.
