Construction Supervisor Specialist

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of compressor/measuring stations integrated into an underground pipeline system in Bruges.

The successful candidate will work alongside an established construction manager in supervision of all activities on the stations and portions of the pipeline systems. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed, as well as managing subcontractors and construction site organization.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong management and communications skills, with 3-5 years of experience in a construction area. Previous experience in pipeline or station construction following correct standards and procedures is essential, as is familiarity with regulatory construction standards.

In addition, having previous experience in the Dutch or Belgian construction industry would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of construction activities on compressor/measuring stations and pipeline systems
  • Ensuring adherence to safety, compliance and quality regulations
  • Management of subcontractors and construction site organization
  • Collaboration with established construction managers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a construction area
  • Strong management and communications skills
  • Previous experience in pipeline or station construction
  • Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
  • Previous experience in the Dutch or Belgian construction industry (desirable)
