At Business and Engineering Solutions (BES), we are expanding our aerospace/aeronautical team and seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join us.
The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative environment that values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and presenting quality indicators to management and production teams
- Leading operational Quality meetings and monitoring Actions, Production & Quality
- Preparing and conducting audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Providing technical support to production, including training operators and implementing workshop resources/equipment
- Improving manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency and quality
- Collaborating with other departments on customer visits to ensure seamless service delivery
To succeed in this role, you will require:
A Master's degree in industrial engineering or quality, with a junior profile accepted
Technical skills in problem-solving methodologies, 8D, 5Whys, and basic knowledge of quality standards such as AS/EN9100, ISO9001, and IATF 16949
Proficiency in MS/Office and excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English
