The Cookware Company is a global leader in kitchen solutions. We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of our Business Application projects.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled project manager to oversee the implementation of our ERP, CRM, and BI systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and coordinating the delivery of these projects, ensuring they meet the required milestones, objectives, and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the implementation and adoption of IT projects in our portfolio, including the implementation of both global and local IT solutions and processes.
  • Manage the portfolio of IT projects, bringing consistency between the different projects in terms of timelines, resources, scope, budget.
  • Establish a governance around project demand management and portfolio management.
  • Perform scope definition, risk/issue analyses (RAID) and quality management to ensure qualitative and on-time project delivery.
  • Develop and oversee IT demand, capacity, and resource availability.
  • Provide IT expertise to support the sizing of the projects in scope, as well as identifying and validating User Requirements.
  • Schedule, control, and direct the resources, people, funding, and facilities to achieve the objectives of the portfolio of IT projects.
  • Establish budgets and timelines and complete project closure reports.
  • Liaise with other relevant IT & Business functions to ensure adherence and compliance in terms of business requirements but also IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data compliance, and internal controlling/audit compliance.
  • Ensure the reporting and communications regarding the overall portfolio status.
  • You will be responsible for third-party vendor management.
  • You will report to the Group IT Director.
  • You will take an active part in the budgeting process.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project charter, project management plan, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, budget, and schedule.

  • You will have experience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements.
  • You will have experience with AX2012 or Dynamics 365F&O.
  • You will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • You will be fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with MS Project Online, JIRA, or MS DevOps is a plus.
  • Knowledge in project management methodologies and best practices, such as PRINCE2, PMP, is a plus.
  • You will be willing to travel (10%) and can work from our office.
