We are looking for an experienced Customer Journey Manager to join our team in Brussels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, structuring, and executing customer outreach campaigns, ensuring they meet key performance indicators and client satisfaction goals.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of quality checks to ensure that all customer interaction data meets required standards and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve customer experiences, measuring and tracking customer satisfaction throughout the KYC journey.
