Faktion BV is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Solutions Sales Expert to join our team. As a leader in designing and developing enterprise-level AI solutions, we are looking for someone who can drive our business forward by identifying new leads and customer needs for AI consultants.

The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities by proactively identifying new leads and customer needs for AI consultants. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships by keeping close tabs on what's happening in the industry and where new opportunities arise.

You will also identify talent using creative means such as talent mapping, social media, job boards & career sites, networking events, referrals, extensive direct sourcing, and many coffee meetings. In addition, you will support your recruitment peers in pre-screening and assessing new candidates on the phone during busy times.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in recruitment or consulting industry, preferably in the tech industry (AI is a plus). An excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods is essential. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks is also required.
