This role offers a unique chance to contribute to high-impact projects by utilizing your problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and effective communication abilities. Your tasks may include:
Developing detailed validation protocols and writing reports in close cooperation with quality engineering;
Working with the engineering technician to gain support on tests in manufacturing or engineering labs;
Collaborating with Design Engineering to create or update product and/or manufacturing drawings while aligning needs with documentation/part setup;
Creating technical documentation, such as Product Data Sheets, Training Instructions, and Specifications, pertaining to your area of expertise;
Managing product changes at resident sites to current portfolios;
Initiating change requests and working with teams to perform robust risk assessments, handle customer notifications, and collaborate with supply chain to manage phase-in phases of changes;
Focusing on continuous improvement of products and processes;
Applying Danaher's Problem-Solving Process and using A3 action plans to tackle standard problems; analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments;
Supporting investigations to resolve customer complaints and completing corrective and preventive actions.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A Master's degree in engineering or equivalent (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering);
Proficiency in spoken and written English;
Knowledge of process validation procedures and techniques, including FMEA and process capability studies, plastic processing (e.g., seal technologies, injection molding).
Prior experience in large or multinational companies and life science engineering roles would be beneficial, but not required.
