About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at W Racing Team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless product distribution and storage management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage stock levels to optimize labor productivity and meet daily performance targets.
  • Coordinate the receipt of goods, adhering to established stock policies and procedures.
  • Design and implement a streamlined inventory management system.
  • Conduct quality control checks on received parts.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of parts.
  • Implement a lean inventory management strategy to minimize waste and excess stock (FIFO method).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchase, technical, and customer support, to provide timely and efficient inventory management services.
  • Support customers with order preparation and fulfillment.
  • Assist production, car assembly, and engine departments with parts procurement and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of automotive parts.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a 'Can Do' and 'Will Do' attitude.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, to support on-track events.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including French, English, and additional languages a plus.
