About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial growth efforts as Head of Commercial Growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business expansion in factoring and receivables finance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in factoring, trade finance, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of factoring, credit risk assessment, corporate finance, cash flow management, and financial structuring within factoring services.
