Job Description
The Legal Counsel will play a crucial role in providing strategic advice, processes, templates, and documentation to facilitate a smooth and effective transformation. This position requires working closely with the Social Leadership and HR Legal team, driving employment law advice, managing people and culture templates, supporting labor court proceedings, and developing training measures for managers and P&C colleagues to ensure legal compliance throughout the company.
