As a Senior Consultant at AION Consulting, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals. Your expertise in process modelling, project management, and continuous improvement will be invaluable in identifying opportunities for growth and implementing sustainable solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough needs analyses to recommend optimal solutions and implement project management, process modelling, and continuous improvement principles;
- Overseeing multiple programmes and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maximum impact;
- Developing targeted reports, recommendations, and guidance to inform strategic decisions;
- Defining and implementing new processes through AS IS-TO BE and Gap analysis;
- MAPPING processes, preparing Value Stream mapping and interactions in comprehensive roadmap and plans;
- Coordinating stakeholders during the processes to ensure internal engagement and facilitate implementation;
- Proactively developing and maintaining lasting relationships with clients;
- Analysing and improving AION Consulting's service offerings and ways of working;
- Participating in the company board, contributing to decision-making and driving positive change within AION Consulting.
Your profile
- You hold a Master's degree in Process Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management;
- You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors;
- You are fluent in Dutch or French, with a fluent level in English, and a good command of the other national language;
- You possess good knowledge of process modelling (BPMN) and continuous improvement;
- You are familiar with tools such as Microsoft Project, Sharepoint, Power BI, Jira, and Asana, as well as project and process management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Lean Six Sigma);
- You have strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- You are resilient in recovering from setbacks and skilled at overcoming obstacles;
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to develop the company;
- You are adept at learning quickly, applying insights from past efforts to new situations.
