The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NIS2 requirements and implementation, as well as experience in policy management, risk management, and audit and governance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to train teams, communicate technical topics effectively, and engage stakeholders. A bachelor's or master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field is required, along with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
