We are looking for a seasoned Compliance Officer Lead to join our team at Michael Page International (Belgium). In this role, you will be responsible for driving compliance excellence across our client's operations.
Key Accountabilities- Implement local compliance initiatives and processes in accordance with group policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Global Compliance and contribute to policy development.
- Identify and mitigate ethics and compliance risks through regular monitoring and reporting.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee understanding of ethical and compliance standards.
- Lead the anti-trust compliance program and oversee governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Law and extensive experience in Ethics & Compliance.
- 5-7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal advisory roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
