The Role – Digital Recruitment Manager
We're seeking an experienced Digital Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing our digital recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
- Leveraging social media, online advertising, and other digital channels to attract top talent and expand our network.
- Working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop partnerships.
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform our recruitment decisions and optimize our processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital recruitment, preferably within a similar agency or corporate environment.
- Exceptional understanding of social media, online advertising, and other digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude towards work patterns.
