Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Skills and Career Acceleration Programs Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by designing and delivering high-quality training programs for professionals at various levels.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using experiential learning, case studies, role-plays, and group exercises.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and innovations in leadership development and career acceleration, and incorporate them into training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
