About the RoleThis position is part of our Infrastructure and Security practice. As an IAM Consultant, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, improving, and developing IAM processes and tools.
- Guarantee the proper execution of access management services.
- Provide guidance to end-users in request management for access management and treat IAM incidents.
- Monitor system performance and apply the right processes and procedures when issues occur.
- Manage and analyze application access rules and review current business roles (RBAC).
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Access Management Service.
- Document processes according to client rules and internal organization standards.
- Participate in IAM strategy definition and evolution.
- Conduct IAM assessments and identify gaps between the AS-IS situation and the envisioned future state for the organization.
- Contribute to long-term projects to consolidate IAM tools and the overall security environment.
