Morrison Finance is a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a Junior/Medior Customer Experience Specialist. As a customer service-oriented professional, you will be the main point of contact for clients, handle their requests, and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial operations by fostering relationships with B2B partners.
- Manage the credit granting process, analyzing applications and making informed decisions.
- Deliver customer-centric solutions to ensure client satisfaction and smooth credit operations.
- Ensure seamless execution of credit decisions and related processes.
- Collaborate with key partners and clients across Belgium in a dynamic environment.
- Develop commercial and analytical skills through hands-on experience.
- Maintain a flexible approach and strong customer service mindset.
Language Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Precise, organized, and structured working style.
- Excellent administrative and analytical abilities.
