- Experience or strong interest in data engineering, data architecture, data governance, or data analytics.
- Solid understanding of (or willingness to learn) financial services regulations and challenges.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is highly valued.
- Junior-Level (1-3 years experience): Familiarity with SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, Java). Knowledge of basic ETL/ELT processes and cloud platforms is a plus.
