Inside Sales Representative

- Lead generation and management – Attracting potential customers through both inbound and outbound methods, qualifying leads, nurturing them, and assigning leads appropriately.
- Managing relationships with channel partners to maintain and expand our market presence.
- Increasing and monitoring the pipeline for the team, scheduling calls/meetings and product presentations with potential clients to drive engagement and sales.
- Handling opportunities of small to medium sizes, guiding them from initiation to closure.
- Engaging directly with end users, system integrators, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), and resellers to enhance sales outcomes.
- Scouting for new business opportunities and expanding our reach within the industry.
- Eligible to work legally in the Benelux region.
- Requires 5+ years of account management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the IT Hardware sector is required, and knowledge of the rugged market is a plus.
- Prior experience in a position that interfaces with internal company business units, HQ business units, and 3rd party business partners is desired.
- Native/bilingual-level French and business-level English proficiency are required.
