Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Value Stream Partner (CVSP) to help us understand and meet the needs of our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our supply chain team to optimize customer service and improve overall efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings
- Manage relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless execution of projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent communication skills in all three languages
- 4-6 years of experience in supply chain and/or finance, with a proven track record of success in these areas
- Strong business planning skills, with expertise in MS Excel, SAP, or ERP systems
- Excellent change management, communication, and project management skills
