Job Description
As an Aeronautical Innovator at BES, you will be part of a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others to drive technical advancements. Your key responsibilities include:
- Resolving technical discrepancies in production and documenting change requests.
- Conducting industrialization studies and analyzing in-service cases.
- Liaising with suppliers on planning, technical matters, and parts delivery; providing technical information to internal teams.
- Preparing validation documents for manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes; writing technical documentation.
- Attending technical project meetings, maintaining action tracking, and reporting progress to the technical brand and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A master's degree in mechanical engineering or hydraulics engineering or a similar field.
- One year of experience in the aeronautical field or industry.
- Solid expertise in mechanics and hydraulics, with proficiency in manufacturing processes such as machining and milling.
- Strong technical analysis capabilities and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong team spirit with effective communication skills to collaborate with both clients and colleagues.
