We are Resultance, a leading provider of data migration services, and we are seeking a talented SAP S/4HANA Transformation Lead to join our team.

**Your Mission:**

  • Lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation program for a manufacturing client, ensuring seamless data migration and integration
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to validate and align data with SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing processes
  • Evaluate and resolve data quality issues, ensuring compliance with MES/PLM requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement data documentation and monitoring strategies to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

**What We're Looking For:**

  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
  • Expertise in data migration, cleansing, and validation in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
