We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Manager to join our team at PROGRESSIO BV. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success.
About the Position- This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the evolution of our procurement organization into a high-impact strategic partner for the business.
- You will be responsible for operational and strategic projects in your category, providing guidance, tactical support, and strategic advice to the entire organization on matters related to services procurement.
- You will implement all aspects of the category strategy, including setting up a strategic planning process, sourcing roadmap, and stakeholder management.
- You will perform strategic sourcing for your subcategories, focusing on TCO optimization and deep understanding of internal customers' needs and bpost targets.
- You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing framework agreements and executing spot buys.
- You will maintain supplier relationships to realize TCO optimization, including implementation of improvement plans for supplier performance.
You will coordinate with your Cluster Manager to ensure efficient implementation of purchases, adhering to the Public Procurement Act and internal processes.
Supplier and Customer Relations- You will advise, challenge, and support internal customers in defining their needs, drawing up budgets, and planning procurement projects.
- You will communicate fluently and proactively with internal customers regarding all necessary information (stakeholder management).
- You will maintain relationships with suppliers, prospect the market, and evaluate existing suppliers to identify new opportunities for bpost within your procurement domain.
