We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Tax Consultant for Corporate Finance. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to clients on complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on tax implications of mergers and acquisitions.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
- Analyse and interpret complex tax laws and regulations to provide insights to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
- Masters degree in a relevant field such as Taxation, Law or Business Administration.
- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and keen to work with data analytic tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
