Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in administrating Teams and SharePoint Online. As an M365 Cloud Expert, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving incidents and outages of M365 and Azure services. You will also assist L1 and L2 support engineers in dealing with end-user queries and issues related to mail, collaboration tools, authentication, and more.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance and health of M365 and Azure services to ensure they meet required standards and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Oversee the lifecycle of M365 and Azure services, including planning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the service's efficiency, reliability, and user experience
- Perform technical validations and service implementations for various projects
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and meet organizational goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of administrating Teams and SharePoint Online
- Expert knowledge of mail systems, mail delivery, and mail security, including Microsoft Exchange Online with Online Protection and Exchange Edge (on-premises)
- Expert knowledge of Entra ID, AD Connect, and ADFS (SAML)
- Expert knowledge of Power Platform, including Power BI and MS Fabric
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Protection and Intune MDM
- Good knowledge of Azure and its services, including DevOps, DevTest Labs, VM hosting, and Key Vaults
