Howest, the University College West Flanders, is an innovative and entrepreneurial college. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Artist to join our team as an instructor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students in the Digital Arts & Entertainment curriculum, which offers some of the best game development and VFX education in the world.
As a Technical Artist, you will have strong 2D and 3D skills and be an expert in Photoshop, Zbrush, and Unity. You will also possess good oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English, with a C1 certificate in English or willingness to obtain one.
The ideal candidate will be able to bridge the gap between artist and developer, working closely with the DAE research group and community team.
This position is a temporary role for 1 year, but there may be opportunities for further employment.
