Key Responsibilities:- Resource Management: Oversee traffic management for the Project Management team, collaborating with Account Directors to allocate and forecast resources efficiently.
- Prince 2 Methodology Implementation: Ensure consistent application of Prince 2 methodology by providing training, guidance, follow-up, and monitoring to the team.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor project managers throughout project set-up, execution, and closure, ensuring high standards and adherence to timelines.
- Project Oversight: Monitor project execution to maintain compliance with established standards and deadlines, ensuring quality delivery.
- Support & Administration: Assist the Project Management team with procedural and administrative inquiries, providing clear and timely support.
- Training & Development: Organize and schedule training sessions on an ad-hoc and annual basis, identifying and facilitating relevant internal and external workshops.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement and best practice implementation within the team.
- Reporting: Ensure regular project and client status updates are provided by Campaign Managers to Account Directors, and report regularly to the Head of Project Management.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading and mentoring diverse project management teams.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong background in project management, ideally with Prince 2 certification, and a history of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Resource Management: Skilled in resource allocation and forecasting, with the ability to manage team workloads effectively in collaboration with Account Directors.
- Process-Oriented: Adept at implementing and optimizing processes, focusing on continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to address challenges swiftly and keep projects on track.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and provide clear guidance to the team.
- Adaptability: Capable of stepping in for the Head of Project Management as needed, ensuring continuity and consistent project delivery.
- Client-Focused: Committed to understanding and meeting client needs, delivering high-quality project outcomes that align with client expectations.
- Training & Development: Experienced in organizing and conducting training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
