This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced policy research professional to join our team and lead our work in the area of EU education and employment policy.
You will be responsible for leading ICF's policy research and evaluation services on education policy for the European Commission and its agencies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing research and evaluation assignments in the education and employment policy area.
- Managing teams and coaching or mentoring colleagues to support their development.
- Winning and successfully delivering research and evaluation projects and contracts for the European Commission.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong academic background, ideally at PhD level in social sciences, public policy, educational sciences, international relations or a related discipline.
You will also need at least 10-15 years of professional experience in education and/or employment policy within the European context, including experience of working in a consultancy capacity.
