About the Role:

As a Store Performance Manager with Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, you will play a critical role in driving business success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead your store to achieve top performance by setting clear goals, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies and policies.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and drive business results.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment that aligns with our brand values and mission.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial services, or related industries.
  • Operations experience in a leadership capacity is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • A valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle are required for regular travel to bank deposits and other Company business.
  • The ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems is also required.
