This role involves monitoring and assessing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to determine efficiency of workflow.
You will also be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in workflow between replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping, and making adjustments as needed.
Additionally, you will monitor order queues and ensure balance between replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Supervisors to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics.
